Talk2U creates chat-based stories designed to inspire positive behavioral change in teenagers. They came to us once again—after previous collaborations—to develop the visual identity for a new story co-created with Oxford University and UNB (University of Brasília).
The interactive narrative followed a group of teenagers facing a collective challenge: their friend Kauê experienced a mental breakdown, an anxiety attack. Since the audiovisual production was already underway, we had to build the identity using and selecting from the photographic material provided.
We explored multiple directions and, together, defined a clear creative path. By experimenting with scanners to distort typography, we designed a custom lettering style that gave the logo a unique and expressive look. We also created additional lettering and illustrations inspired by posters commonly found in Brazilian schools.
The result was a bold identity with a wide range of assets that made the story even more powerful. We developed the main poster, character posters for social media, cards that appeared throughout the experience, and props for the filming. Each piece worked together to form a cohesive and immersive visual language.

The results were deeply rewarding. Everyone involved in Cadê Kauê was thrilled with the outcome, but what truly stood out was its impact on the students. A total of 4,058 players aged 15–18 participated, and feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Most significantly, 90% reported feeling better prepared to support their peers after completing the experience.

Together with Talk2U, UNB, and Oxford University, we created a tool that not only sparked meaningful conversations around mental health but also motivated students to take action in building a more supportive school environment. The project’s success is a testament to the power of storytelling and design—and we couldn’t be prouder of the difference it made.
